Black's Insurance Strategic Analysis

This project allowed me to work with a local small business and identify strategic opportunities that would allow the business to improve its marketing efforts.

This individual project allowed me to become more knowledgeable of different marketing databases and be able to interpret and analyze the data to create a strategic plan. Being able to work with Black's Insurance Agency allowed me to understand the dynamics of running a small business and how advertising and marketing efforts differ from large corporations or businesses.
